How to buy

Customers may choose home delivery, or visit the POWER LIVING showroom/authorized retailers to try and purchase products.

i. Delivery

  • Shipping fee: Varies depending on the size of the product. Some products may be eligible for free shipping; the system-calculated fee shall prevail.
  • Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas such as Tung Chung, Cheung Chau, Ma Wan, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and Discovery Bay.
  • For courier delivery, orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after purchase and are expected to arrive within 1-2 days thereafter.
  • Specific delivery dates and times cannot be requested for any shipped items.
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate personal details and address at the time of purchase to facilitate delivery.

ii. Self-pickup at "POWER LIVING Showroom"

  • Redemption period: Customers will receive an arrival notification after purchase and may redeem the product within 14 days.
  • Redemption hours: Monday to Friday 11:00-14:30 / 15:30-20:00 (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
  • Showroom address: Room 1306, 13/F, Sunbeam Centre, 27 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong.

  • Please call us in advance to schedule an appointment.
  • Self-pickup by cardholder: You must bring the credit card used for payment and your ID card matching the name on the credit card for verification. For third-party pickup: You must provide a copy of the credit card used, a copy of the cardholder's ID card, and the identity document of the person collecting the item for verification.
  • Our showroom accepts cash, Alipay, WeChat Pay, bank transfer, PayMe, and online credit card payments.

iii. You are welcome to try and purchase at our authorized retail stores
