All products we offer meet all legal requirements and specifications in Hong Kong. Regarding order delivery services, our company has recommended freight service companies. A.2.7 We may allow POWER LIVING or an employee of POWER LIVING LIMITED New Far Hong Kong Limited ( "the Employee" ) to use a POWER LIVING account, but the Employee must comply with any applicable code of conduct and / or other relevant regulations of its employer at all times when using the POWER LIVING account . Notwithstanding other provisions in this Privacy Policy, if the Employee is found to have abused its POWER LIVING account by taking advantage of its position as an employee (including but not limited to using any confidential or other similar insider information to gain an unfair advantage from any promotions or offers provided by POWER LIVING ), we may disclose or transfer the personal data provided by the Employee to the Employee's employer for investigation and / or disciplinary purposes.
