How to buy
Customers can choose delivery or visit the POWER LIVING showroom/distributor store to try and purchase the product.
i. Delivery
- Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the goods. Some products may have free shipping. The system will charge accordingly.
- Shipping costs do not include residential properties; payment will be made upon delivery. Additional charges apply to remote areas such as Tung Chung, Cheung Chau, Ma Wan, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and Discovery Bay.
- Regarding express delivery, the goods will be shipped within 2 business days after purchase, and will take approximately 1-2 days after shipment. Received within the day
- For all mailed items, the delivery date and time cannot be specified.
- Customers are requested to enter their correct personal information and address when making a purchase so that delivery can be arranged.
ii. Pick up at the "POWER LIVING Showroom"
- Redemption Period: You will receive a notification of product arrival after purchase, and customers can redeem the product within 14 days.
- Redemption hours: Monday to Friday 11:00-14:30 / 15:30-20:00 (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

- Please call our company to schedule an appointment.
- For self-collection: You must bring the credit card used for payment and an ID card in the name of the credit card holder for identity verification. For collection by someone other than the recipient: You must bring a copy of the credit card used for payment, a copy of an ID card in the name of the credit card holder, and the ID card of the person collecting the goods for identity verification.
- The store accepts cash, Alipay, WeChat, bank transfer, PayMe, and credit card (online) payments.
iii. You are welcome to try and purchase at our dealer stores.
