Prepare a pot, add water, and set the slow cooker to start preheating.
Place the ingredients, seasonings, and condiments into a plastic bag, deflate it, and zip it up.

Once the set temperature is reached, submerge the entire plastic bag in the water. The cooking process is complete when you hear a beep indicating that it's finished.

Temperature and time are under your control.

Detailed time and temperature settings allow for a wide range of cooking options at the China University of Mining and Technology.

Temperature setting: Between 25°C and 95°C, with a variance of 0.5°C.

Timer: With a variance of 1 minute, the longest duration is 99 hours and 59 minutes.
