When should I use the powerful mode? How do I activate it?
For stubborn stains or large amounts of debris, press the "Powerful/Energy Saving" button to activate the powerful mode, which increases suction and water volume. For general daily cleaning, use the energy saving mode to extend the usage time.

What types of floor surfaces is H28 suitable for? What stains can it absorb?
Suitable for flat, hard surfaces such as wood flooring, ceramic tile, marble, floor tiles, and bamboo flooring. It is suitable for handling everyday dust, hair, and general wet stains, but not for inhaling hot substances, sharp objects, or strong, sticky, or staining substances such as shoe polish and paint.

How do I add water to the clean water tank? Can I add detergent?
Remove the clean water tank and open the black water inlet cap to add clean water. For deep cleaning, add about 5-10ml of colorless, non-foaming, and non-corrosive floor cleaner. Do not use acidic, alkaline, or corrosive disinfectants such as Dettol or Walch, as this may damage the machine and affect maintenance.

How do I activate the self-cleaning function? What type of water is best to use?
Place the main unit back on the charging dock and press the self-cleaning button. The roller brush and pipes will be rinsed in about 3 minutes. After that, it will automatically enter the drying mode for about 2 hours while charging. When self-cleaning, you must use only water and no detergent.

When the wastewater tank is full, the indicator light comes on or the machine shuts down automatically. Press the wastewater tank unlock button to remove the wastewater tank, empty the wastewater, and rinse the tank body and lid with clean water.
