• The design combines wall mounting and stand mounting, allowing for easy installation on the wall without taking up any floor space.
Make the most of every inch of the house.
• The wall-mounted design avoids the risk of machine damage caused by accidental falls by family members.
• The high concentration of plasma generated by the bipolar shielded ionization technology (DBD) can actively sterilize the space in the store, and more effectively protect the air quality of the home environment.
• Laboratory reports confirm that plasma can effectively remove coronavirus HCO-V229E, formaldehyde, benzene, TVOC, H1N1 influenza A virus, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Aspergillus niger.
• The HEPA 11 high-efficiency filter captures PM2.5 particles and effectively blocks 99.99% of viruses and bacteria. • Ultra-wide-angle airflow with automatic oscillation at approximately 60 degrees and manual adjustment up and down at 150 degrees provides all-around ultra-wide-angle airflow, delivering a continuous stream of cool air. It covers a wider area than traditional fans and helps promote air circulation and convection, facilitating indoor and outdoor air exchange and keeping the store's air quality fresher and more comfortable.
• Three cooling speed settings provide a strong and comfortable breeze in summer. It can be used with air conditioning to evenly distribute cool air to every corner of the store. The air conditioning temperature does not need to be set too low, making it more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
• Built-in 800W PTC ceramic heating element, combined with plasma cooling for more comprehensive protection of guests' health. • Bladeless safety design: No exposed rotating fan blades are installed, making it safer for use in the store.
• Effective air supply and sterilization range up to 300 square feet • Remote control

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the requirements for wall mounting the TPW-38?
The wall thickness must be more than about 10mm or have a solid column support on the back, and a minimum distance of about 40cm from the ceiling must be reserved to avoid affecting air supply and safety.
Why does only one side emit warm air when the heater is turned on in conjunction with the plasma function?
When the heating function is turned on and the plasma function is activated at the same time, warm air will blow out from one side and cool air and plasma will blow out from the other side, which is a normal design phenomenon.
How do I switch between cool and warm air? How many settings are there?
You can switch between natural wind and warm wind using the cool/warm switch button on the main unit or remote control. The wind speed is adjustable from level 1 to level 3 by pressing the "+/-" buttons.
Does the TPW-38 support scheduled shutdown?
The remote control can be set to a timer for up to approximately 9 hours. Each press of the "+" button increases the timer by 1 hour, while pressing the "-" button decreases it by 1 hour. The device will automatically shut off when the timer expires.
Can the airflow direction be adjusted?
The oscillation function can automatically swing left and right. After it stops, you can manually push the ring air duct to adjust the air outlet direction. When adjusting, you need to hold the body with one hand to keep it stable.
What type of filter does the TPW-38 use? How do I replace it?
The machine is equipped with a HEPA11 filter. To replace it, press down the latches on both sides to remove the old filter, replace it with the new filter, and then press it back into place.
What should you pay attention to for daily cleaning and maintenance?
The power must be unplugged before cleaning. The body can be gently wiped with a soft damp cloth and a neutral detergent, then wiped clean and dry with water. Clean the air inlet and outlet regularly to remove dust. Avoid using alcohol, solvents or strong alkaline cleaners to prevent damage to the body.
Which parts of the device will get hot when using the warm air mode? What precautions should be taken?
In warm air mode and for a period of time immediately after the unit is turned off, the temperature at the air outlet and the surrounding area will be higher. Please avoid touching them directly. When moving the unit, lift it from the bottom, especially if there are young children or elderly people in the house.
Can I use a power strip or extension cord to connect the TPW-38?
It is recommended to plug the device directly into a wall socket. It is not recommended to use extension cords or extension strips to reduce the risk of overload, overheating, and fire.
What should I do if I don't use TPW-38 for a long time?
If the device is not in use for an extended period of time, it should be turned off before unplugging the power cord. It is also recommended to remove the batteries from the remote control to improve safety and reduce the risk of leakage or poor contact caused by dust and moisture.
