• Dual wall-mounted and desktop design allows for easy wall installation without occupying any floor space, making the most of every inch of your home.
• Wall-mounted design eliminates the risk of damage caused by accidental knocks or falls by family members.
• Employs Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) technology to produce high-concentration plasma, which actively disinfects the space within the shop, ensuring superior indoor air quality.
• Laboratory reports confirm that the plasma effectively eliminates Coronavirus HCoV-229E, formaldehyde, benzene, TVOC, H1N1 influenza virus, Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, and Aspergillus niger.
• The HEPA 11 high-efficiency filter captures PM2.5 particles and effectively blocks 99.99% of viruses and bacteria.
• Ultra-wide angle airflow: 60-degree automatic horizontal oscillation and 150-degree manual vertical adjustment provide comprehensive, continuous cool air. It offers wider coverage than traditional fans and promotes air circulation and exchange, keeping the shop environment fresh and comfortable.
• 3 cool wind speed settings deliver a powerful and refreshing breeze in summer. When used with an air conditioner, it distributes cold air evenly to every corner of the shop, allowing for higher AC temperatures for improved energy efficiency.
• Built-in 800W PTC ceramic heater, combined with plasma-infused cool air, provides comprehensive health protection for customers.
• Bladeless safety design eliminates exposed rotating blades, ensuring safer use in a shop environment.
• Effective airflow and disinfection range of up to 300 square feet.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the requirements for installing the TPW-38 on a wall?
The wall must be at least 10mm thick or supported by solid studs at the back. Ensure a clearance of at least 40cm from the ceiling to avoid obstructing airflow and ensure safety.
Why does only one side blow warm air when heating is used with the plasma function?
When heating is activated alongside the plasma function, it is normal design behavior for one side to blow warm air while the other side blows cool air and plasma.
How do I switch between cool and warm air? How many speed levels are there?
You can switch between natural wind and warm air using the cool/warm toggle button on the unit or remote. There are 3 wind speed levels, adjustable via the "+" and "-" buttons.
Does the TPW-38 support a sleep timer?
The remote allows for a timer setting of up to 9 hours. Press the timer "+" button to increase by 1 hour and "-" to decrease by 1 hour. The unit will power off automatically once the time elapses.
Can the airflow direction be adjusted?
The oscillation function enables automatic left-right movement. Once stopped, you can manually tilt the circular air duct to adjust the airflow direction; please hold the main body steady with one hand while adjusting.
What filter does the TPW-38 use? How is it replaced?
The unit is equipped with a HEPA 11 filter. To replace it, press the latches on both sides to remove the old filter, then snap the new one into place.
What should I pay attention to for daily cleaning and maintenance?
Always unplug the power before cleaning. Wipe the body with a soft, damp cloth and regularly clear dust from the air inlet and outlet. Avoid using alcohol, solvents, or strong alkaline cleaners to prevent damage to the unit.
Which parts of the unit get hot during heating mode? What should I be aware of?
In heating mode and for a period after powering off, the air outlet and surrounding areas will be hot. Avoid direct contact. When moving the unit, lift it from the bottom, especially if there are children or the elderly nearby.
Can I use a power strip or extension cord for the TPW-38?
It is recommended to plug the unit directly into a wall power outlet. Using power strips or extension cords is discouraged to reduce the risk of overloading, overheating, and fire.
What should I do if I am not using the TPW-38 for a long time?
If not in use for an extended period, power off and unplug the unit. It is also recommended to remove the batteries from the remote control to enhance safety and prevent electrical leakage or poor contact caused by dust accumulation and humidity.
